Acrylic & acrylic ink on canvas. This was my first exploration with acrylic pouring, and another repeated geometric “fractal” type pattern. I was originally inspired by the polka-dot background motif in comics. After creating the intricate pattern, I layered acrylic and then further embellished with silver ink. I love the effect it gives when viewed in more vibrant daylight vs. dusk, where the ink really stands out.
